素材について
当ブランドでは、主にSILVER925を使用しております。
ゴールド仕上げの商品（GOLD〈K18GP〉）は、SILVER925にK18ゴールドコーティングを施しております。
コーティングはご使用状況や経年変化により徐々に摩耗し、色味が薄れる場合がございます。
コーティングが薄れた際には、シルバー本来の風合いをお楽しみいただけますが、再コーティングも承っております。ご希望の際はお問い合わせください。
製作期間・納期について
現在、すべての商品は受注生産にて承っております。
ご注文確定後、発送まで約1〜2週間のお時間を頂戴しております。
製作状況や時期により納期が前後する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
サイズ・仕様の個体差について
HORIZONのジュエリーは、一点一点手作業による仕上げを大切にしております。
そのため、微細な形状差や風合いの違いが生じる場合がございます。
これらはクラフトマンシップの証として、世界にひとつだけの個性としてお楽しみください。
オーダー内容の変更について
受注生産の特性上、ご注文確定後の内容変更はお受けしておりません。
ご注文前にサイズ・仕様などを十分にご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。
海外発送について
日本国外への発送に際し、通関手数料・関税・税金・仲介手数料などが別途発生する場合がございます。
これらの費用はお客様のご負担となりますので、予めご了承ください。
返品・交換について
完全受注生産のため、お客様都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。
万一、初期不良が認められた場合は、商品到着後7日以内に公式サイト内「お問い合わせ」フォームよりご連絡ください。

Each piece from HORIZON is carefully crafted by hand.
Before placing an order, please review the following information.
Materials
Our jewelry is primarily made of SILVER925.
Items described as GOLD (K18GP) are crafted with SILVER925 and finished with K18 gold plating.
Please note that the coating may gradually wear over time and use, causing the color to fade.
Even as the coating softens, the natural beauty of silver can be enjoyed. Re-coating services are available upon request.
Production Time & Delivery
All products are currently made to order.
Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks from confirmation of your order to shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on production schedules and seasonal demand.
Natural Variations
Each piece is finished by hand, resulting in subtle differences in shape and texture.
These variations are a hallmark of craftsmanship and part of the uniqueness of every creation.
Order Changes
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, changes to an order cannot be accepted after confirmation.
Please carefully review all details before placing your order.
International Shipping
Shipments outside of Japan may incur customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges.
All such costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
As each item is individually crafted to order, returns and exchanges due to customer preference cannot be accepted.
If a product defect is found upon arrival, please contact us via the "Contact" form on our website within 7 days of receipt.
We will address the issue promptly.
